Hi Brett,
Thanks for a great few days.

At Northwest Cape, I fished 4 ½ days with Brett Wolf of True Blue Bonefish.  He is an excellent and knowledgeable fly fishing guide who can take an angler to catch bonefish and permit.  We had a fair amount of wind and so I missed 2 ½ days that I would have fished.  I tried hard to get a permit, but they were not eating.  Several bonefish and some snappers (spangled emperors) were my much appreciated consolation prizes.

Brett,
Back in the office today (unfortunately!), with many thanks from us both. There will be some Chardy on its way up by way of an extra thanks for getting us onto the fish.
We both really enjoyed our time on the water. Many cheers for the highly professional set-up and approach, and the dedicated (and patient) approach to getting us onto the fish, with good humour to boot. I am being haunted by a couple of my lined fish etc., but the photos are helping me get over it! A thanks also to Simone to prepping up the tasty treats for lunch.
I certainly had an absolute ball. As my first time catching "real" saltwater fish on fly, it proved a highly memorable experience that I will treasure! I will give some thought to what can be fit in next year, and will certainly be in touch.
Many cheers,
Peter Dillon

Hey Brett
Good to hear from you and glad to hear you are catching some big fish! I've got some more photos that I can send you from my various trips with you which I will upload when I get a chance. I would love to come back at some point to nail that Black Marlin on the fly. If I can I will try and get over for around Gamex again next year, will see how it goes.
Hope you and Simone and the kids are good.
All the best,
James Henchey

Hi Brett
Thank you for your guide me in Exmouth. It was great to meeting you. I spent really exciting days.
Sometimes you might be confused, please forgive me. It was first time to play SWFF in overseas. Especially Fly casting on the flat-board was first time in my 5years FF life. Any way I could have unforgettable memories because of you. I'd really appreciate you. Also I'm really proud of my photos will be on your HP. I attached some photos. If you find it's small or something wrong, please tell me. I send all of my original sized photos  to Mr. Ebi you will be able to get though him too.
Thanks and regards,

G'day Brett,
This is Jack (& Sayuri) you guided back in last May. Long time no see.
Having enjoyed our share of fun in Australia, we are now back in Japan. Meanwhile I see you are catching loads of big fish as ever, thanks for sharing those great pictures once in a while. Not surprisingly there are more and more exposure of Australian salfwater FF in the Japanese flyfishing media these days, and that surely includes you in the great playground of Ningaloo. Mr. Ebi of ''Trout & King'' wrote some enticing article and that's all good sign for you!!
Since our visit in Exmouth, we visited Broome (poor fishing but great holiday), Darwin & the Bynoe Harbour (a superb fishing both fresh & salt water), and as many as 4 times to Tasmania our home away from home. Also we visited New Zealand where a feisty king fish managed to alleviate my chronic problem of having too many rod and reel to store. Tough luck he chose my favourite Hardy MLA!!
I don't have an immediate plan of attack on the Ningaloo front, but the exciting memory of fishing with you are still well and truly within us. (Not to flatter you but we can tell you are truly a competent & dedicated fishing guide.) Hope to be able to share that fun moments with you once again some day. And sooner than I think perhaps. Until then, take care!! Jack

Hi Brett,
Thanks for the memories; it was the best trip of the year in my view; loved it, how cool are those flats!  Keen on a Permit next time, but would be stoked to chase bones again too, giant herring also sound like great fun!  I have pencilled in Exmouth for 2009.  Just need to sit down and nut out some dates; plenty of time for that.

Brett/Simone,
Thanks for the photo. I'd also like to take a moment to thank both of you for a fantastic week in Exmouth. The fishing was a new challenge and the wind wasn't always kind but I added three new species to my fish count had an absolute blast and I'll certainly be back in December to add to the tally ( with a bit more casting practice under my belt).
Cheers John
